The Challenge: Voice AI & API Sync
Integrating Retell AI for natural voice conversations and syncing the extracted lead data back to Google Sheets and Calendar in real-time was complex. I designed n8n workflows that listen for Telegram triggers, process user intent via OpenAI, and update the CRM flawlessly without breaking context.
